Femmetabulous Brunch this Sunday 28/08!

Hey femmes and friends,

Once again the time is upon to get together chat, bitch and organise our way through a delicious meal. Yes that's right it's the monthly Berlin Femme Mafia meet. This time we're doing it in the early afternoon so all the party grrls can make it, and it's gonna be great. All femme-identified people are super welcome to come, find out about the Berlin Femme Mafia and what we do, and get to know each other. So newbies don't be shy - we don't bite, unless asked.

As it's brunch please bring something yummy to eat or drink. I will provide some veggie food but we will always need more! Muffins, anyone?

Berlin Slut Walk!!

hi everyone,

after some deliberation, we at hydra decided to join the slutwalk that will take place this saturday. our decision was based on a letter we sent to the slutwalk organizers - which many of you have seen and agreed to - that placed a list of demands on the organizers and the event. sorry the attachment in german only. they agreed to our demands and conditions, which included getting some education and representation from non-white-middle-class-german women, and so we decided to participate.

as we fear that time is too short to mobilize our friends and even ourselves to come, we thought of organizing a femme-and-sex-worker coalition block for saturday's march. seems that such a coalition worked well in other cities as well. please join us!

also - this friday we will be at the hydra office brainstorming for slogans and making signs for saturday's event. please join us!

Hallo

nach einigem Hin-und her haben wir bei Hydra beschlossen, beim diesem Samstag beim Slutwalk (Schlampendemo) mitzumachen nach einem Briefwechsel, in dem wir ein paar Bedingungen gestellt haben (siehe Anhang). Sie haben zugestimmt und fanden unsre Kritik berechtigt.

eS istdammt wenig Zeit zum mobilisieren, deshalb wollen wir eine femme- und sexworker Koalition bilden und einen Block zusammen machen, so wie das in anderen Städeten gut funktioniert hat....

am Freitag treffen wir uns bei Hydra um Slogans zu entwickeln und schilder/transpis zu machen- kommt gerne dazu...
